Cara Romano holds a bachelors degree in Fine Arts from the University of Maine and has studied at such places as the Worcester Center for Craft and the Haystack Mountain School of Crafts. She joined the LaFollette Group in 2005.

Artist's Statement

By combining sterling silver with colorful, felted wool, I create versatile jewelry. The responsive felt combines with the permanence of silver to create a tactile experience for the wearer and viewer alike.
